Overview
After receiving your Virtual-Call Cloud PBX login credentials, you can access the web-based administration portal to manage your phone system. This article explains how to log in and gives you a quick tour of the Dashboard — the first screen you see after signing in.
Prerequisites
- A supported web browser: Google Chrome (recommended), Microsoft Edge, or Opera
- Screen resolution of 1366 × 768 or higher
- Your login URL and credentials (provided by Virtual-Call during setup)
Logging In
Administrator Portal
The administrator portal gives the super administrator full access to all system settings.
- Open your web browser and enter your PBX domain followed by
/adminin the address bar (e.g.,yourcompany.virtualcall.net/admin). - Enter your username (or email address) and password.
- Click LOG IN.
Note: If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled, you will be prompted to enter a verification code from your authenticator app or email. You can mark the device as Trusted Device to skip this step for 180 days.
Management Portal
The management portal is for users with specific administrative roles assigned by the super administrator.
- Open your web browser and enter your PBX domain in the address bar (e.g.,
yourcompany.virtualcall.net). - Enter the email address and password of your user account.
- Click LOG IN.
Tip: Up to 5 simultaneous logins are supported per account.
Dashboard Overview
After logging in, you land on the Dashboard — a real-time overview of your phone system's status. The Dashboard is divided into several widgets that help you monitor system activity at a glance.
Active Calls
Shows the current number of active calls compared to the maximum concurrent calls supported by your plan. A live graph tracks call activity over time.
Registered Extensions
Displays how many extensions are currently registered (online) out of the total configured extensions.
SIP Trunks Available
Shows the number of active SIP trunks out of the total available.
UC Client Logins
Indicates how many Virtual-Call UC Client sessions are currently active.
Plan & Add-Ons
Displays your current subscription plan and any active add-ons (e.g., Transcription).
Capacity
Shows usage indicators for features with limited capacity, such as call recording storage and transcription minutes.
System Status
Provides quick status indicators:
- Scheduled Backup — Whether automatic backups are enabled
- Blocked IPs — Number of currently blocked IP addresses
- Emergency Numbers — Configured emergency number count
Event Trend
A chart showing system events over the last 15 days, helping you spot patterns or unusual activity.
Changing the Interface Language
You can switch the web interface language at any time. Click the language selector in the top-right corner of the login page or in the portal settings after logging in.
Common Issues & Troubleshooting
- Cannot access the login page: Verify the PBX domain URL is correct. Check your internet connection and ensure no firewall is blocking access.
- Login fails with correct credentials: Make sure Caps Lock is off. Click Forgot Password? on the login page to reset it.
- 2FA code not accepted: Ensure the time on your authenticator device is synchronized. If issues persist, contact Virtual-Call support.

- Bookmark your PBX login URL for quick access
- Change the default password after your first login
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security
- Use Google Chrome for the best experience
