Overview
Text-to-Speech (TTS) converts written text into natural-sounding audio. Use it to create greetings, IVR prompts, announcements, and other voice prompts without recording them manually. Simply enter your text, select a language and voice profile, and the system generates a ready-to-use audio file.
Prerequisites
- Administrator access to the PBX admin portal.
- The Text-to-Speech feature must be enabled in the AI Toolbox (see below).
Enable Text-to-Speech
- Log in to the PBX admin portal, go to AI > AI Toolbox.
- Select the checkbox of Text-to-Speech.
- Click Save.
