Overview
Under Business Hours and Holidays, you define when your company is reachable and which days are holidays. These settings control time-dependent features such as automatic call forwarding, presence status, and after-hours announcements.
You can create multiple time zone profiles (e.g., for different locations) and assign separate business hours and holidays to each profile.
