Under Storage, you configure the automatic cleanup of various data types on your Virtual-Call Cloud PBX. Automatic cleanup ensures that storage space is used efficiently and that older data is removed automatically.
Prerequisites
Administrator access to the Virtual-Call Cloud PBX
Settings
Navigate to System → Storage. The page contains one tab, Auto Cleanup, with the following sections.
CDR Auto Cleanup

Navigate to System → Storage.
Adjust the values in each section according to your requirements.
Click Save.
Best Practices
Set the Preservation Days to a reasonable value (e.g., 90 or 180 days) so that old data is automatically removed and storage does not fill up. A value of 0 means “unlimited”—use ”this with caution.
Adjust the maximum number settings to match the size of your organization. Small businesses can use the default values; for high call volumes, increase the CDR and call reports limits.
Review cleanup settings regularly, especially when your Cloud PBX storage is running low.
Set up external archiving (see the “Archive” article) before reducing the preservation period for recordings, if needed.
