Menu Visibility
Under Extension and Trunk > Client Permission > Menu Visibility, you define which UC Client menu items are visible and accessible for specific extensions or extension groups. Using rules, you can selectively allow or disallow access to individual features.
Access Menu Visibility
- Log in to the Cloud PBX administration portal.
- Navigate to Extension and Trunk > Client Permission.
- Select the Menu Visibility tab.
Overview
The rule overview displays all configured menu visibility rules:
| Column | Description |

Important Notes
- Priority: “Disallow use” overrides “Allow use”. If an extension has been configured with both permission types for the same menu item, the disallow rule takes effect.
- Extension groups: You can create rules for both individual extensions and extension groups. A group rule applies to all members of the group.
- Multiple rules: You can create as many rules as needed to cover different access scenarios.
