New Features

Encrypted Tunnel for Mobile Communication

An encrypted tunnel can now be established between the Cloud PBX and the Virtual-Call UC Client (Mobile). All SIP signaling and RTP media streams are securely transmitted through a dedicated tunnel port.

Activation path: Security > Security Settings > Security Options > Call Encryption Tunnel.

Note: This option only appears after Virtual-Call has enabled the tunnel port on the management platform. Contact support if needed.

Theme Mode

The Cloud PBX now supports switching between light and dark themes. By default, the interface follows the browser setting. You can manually switch between Light Mode and Dark Mode.

Advanced CDR & Call Reports

The CDR and Call Report features have been fundamentally redesigned:

  • Standard View — Comprehensive overview of all call data with advanced filtering.

  • Custom Views — Save frequently used filters as custom views (up to 10).

Virtual Fax (IXICA Integration)

Integration with the online fax service IXICA is now supported. Send and receive faxes securely over the Internet via the UC Client (desktop or web), without physical fax machines.

Omnichannel Messaging

Support for SMS messaging integration with Alhambra IT and Aspsms. Set up SMS messaging channels for these service providers.

Improvements and Bug Fixes

Ring Groups & Queues

The maximum number of ring groups and queues has been increased from 16 to 32 (for systems with fewer than 50 extensions).

Call Recording

New option: Continue Recording After Call Transfer: Configure whether recording of an incoming call continues after a transfer (blind or attended).

The maximum number of call parking extensions has been increased from 100 to 10,000.

Auto Provisioning

  • PBX contacts can now be synced to Fanvil phones via XML.
  • Optimized BLF for DOD management.

  • Theme mode (Light/Dark) can be configured.
  • Caller number can be copied directly from the call window.

Additional Bug Fixes

  • Inbound Route: Fixed issue where calls failed after time condition switch.
  • Feature Code: Ringback tone instead of busy tone when forwarding via feature code.
  • Video Conference: Fixed mirrored video feeds.
  • Microsoft Entra ID: Fixed contact synchronization.

Reset Option

The reset option has been updated: Reset CDR, Call Reports, and Recording Files.
