App Installation
iOS Installation
- Open App Store

Tap "Get" and confirm the installation with Touch ID, Face ID, or your passcode. - Grant Permissions
Allow the app access to microphone, notifications, and optionally camera and contacts.

Logging into Linkus Mobile Client
Login Overview
Linkus offers various login methods for maximum flexibility:

Option 1: Login with QR Code
Prerequisite: You have received a Linkus welcome email with QR code.
- Open Linkus App
Launch the Linkus app on your mobile device. - Activate QR Code Scanner
Tap the QR code icon in the top-right corner of the login page. - Scan QR Code
Scan the QR code from your welcome email. The app will automatically detect the login information. - Automatic Login
Linkus will log you in automatically and open the main interface.
Option 2: Login with Login Link
- Copy Login Link
Copy the login link from your Linkus welcome email on your mobile device. - Open Linkus App
Open the Linkus Mobile Client app. - Automatic Detection
Linkus automatically detects the account information and asks if you want to log in with this account. - Confirm Login
Tap "Yes" in the pop-up dialog to confirm the login.
Option 3: Manual Login
Note: Contact your system administrator for the required login credentials and server information.
- Enter Login Details
Enter the following information:- Username: Your extension number or email address
- Password: Your user password
- SN/Domain: Server address or domain name
- Custom Settings (optional)
If needed, tap "Custom Settings" and enter specific IP addresses and ports. - Two-Factor Authentication
If enabled, enter the authentication code from your authenticator app or email:- Enter 6-digit code
- Optional: Select "Trusted Device"
- Tap "LOG IN"
- Complete Login
Tap "Login" to complete the process.
Option 4: Single Sign-On (SSO)
Microsoft Account
Requirements:
- Microsoft Azure Active Directory integration enabled
- Linkus iOS Client version 4.9.5+ or Android Client version 4.9.6+
- Select Microsoft Login
Tap the Microsoft icon on the Linkus login page. - Microsoft Sign-in
You'll be redirected to the Microsoft sign-in page. Sign in with your Microsoft credentials. - Automatic Login
After successful Microsoft authentication, you'll be automatically logged into Linkus.
Google Account
Requirements:
- Google Workspace integration enabled
- Linkus iOS Client version 5.14.3+ or Android Client version 5.14.4+
- Enter Server Address
In the "SN/Domain" field, enter the server address allowed for Google SSO. - Google Sign-in
Tap the Google icon and sign in with your Google account. - Automatic Login
After Google authentication, you'll be automatically logged into Linkus.
Initial Setup
Edit Personal Information
- Tap your account icon in the top-left corner
- Select "Personal Information"
- Edit your profile picture, name, mobile number, or email address
- Save the changes
Configure Push Notifications
Requirements:
- PBX Server version 84.16.0.25 or later
- Linkus Mobile Client version 5.6.6 or later
- Tap your account in the top-left corner
- Toggle the "Stop Push Notifications" option on/off
- Confirm your selection in the pop-up window
Password Management
Change Password
- Go to your account → Settings → Password Management
- Enter your old password
- Enter your new password twice
- Tap "Save"
Important: After changing your password, you'll be automatically logged out and need to log in again with the new password.
Reset Password
Restriction: Without a linked email address, you cannot reset your password.
- Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login page
- Enter your extension number and email address
- Enter the Linkus Server network information
- Tap "Send Verification Code"
- Enter the verification code from the email and tap "Next"
- Enter your new password twice and tap "Save"

Problem: App won't install
- Check your internet connection
- Ensure sufficient storage space is available
