Using Function Keys in the Linkus Mobile Client

Overview

Function keys let you assign quick actions — such as speed dial, BLF, or call forwarding toggles — to shortcuts within the Linkus Mobile Client. Use this to speed up frequent actions without navigating through menus.

Prerequisites

• Function keys must be configured by your administrator, or available for self-service under your permission level.

Step-by-Step Configuration

1. Open the Linkus Mobile Client and go to Settings > Function Keys.
2. Tap Add to create a new function key, or select an existing one to edit.
3. Choose a function type (e.g., Speed Dial, BLF, Forward).
4. Enter the required value (e.g., a phone number for Speed Dial).
5. Save the function key; it now appears in your quick-access list.
