Configuring Presence
Manual Presence Switch
- Open Current Presence
Go to Your Account β Current Presence. - Select Status
Choose the desired status from the presence list. - Confirm Change
The new presence status and associated settings become active immediately.
Set Temporary Presence
- Open Temporary Presence
Go to Current Presence β Set Temporary Presence. - Configure Time-Limited Status
- Set Presence to: Choose desired temporary status
- For: Set duration of temporary status
- Presence Information: Optionally add a note
- Save Temporary Presence
Tap "Save". After the time expires, status automatically returns to previous setting.
Automatic Presence Switching
Requirement: Your system administrator must have configured business hours and holidays.
- Open Business Hours Settings
Go to Settings β Advanced β Switch Business Hours Status. - Configure Status for Different Times
- Tap the desired time
- Select a presence status for this time
- Save the setting
- Enable Automatic Switching
Presence switches automatically based on configured times.
Configure Call Forwarding

Define how long to ring (5-300 seconds).

- Prefix Number: Area code or dial code
