🔧 Troubleshooting
Problem: Meeting cannot be started
Check if your browser has granted microphone and camera access
Ensure you have an Ultimate Plan license
Verify if 4 concurrent meetings are already running (server limit)
Try with another supported browser
Check your internet connection
Problem: Poor video/audio quality
Check your internet speed (minimum 2 Mbps for video recommended)
Close other browser tabs and applications
Use a wired internet connection instead of Wi-Fi
Turn off your camera if audio quality is priority
Ask other participants to turn off their cameras
Problem: Participants cannot join
Verify that the meeting link was shared correctly
Ensure the meeting password (if set) was communicated
Check if the meeting has already started (participants must wait for host)
Verify if maximum participant count (5) has been reached
Ensure participants are using a supported browser
Problem: Screen sharing not working
Check browser permissions for screen recording
Try sharing a specific application window instead of entire screen
Restart browser and try again
Ensure no other applications are blocking screen access
Problem: Invitation emails not being sent
Contact your system administrator to check email server configuration
Check email addresses for typos
Use the manual invitation info function as alternative
Check recipients' spam folders
✅ Best Practices
Preparation and Setup
Test microphone, camera, and internet connection before important meetings
Use a high-quality USB headset for better audio quality
Close unnecessary applications to save system resources
Schedule meetings at least 15 minutes in advance for invitation distribution
Use descriptive meeting names and add memos
During the Meeting
Mute your microphone when not speaking (reduces background noise)
Use gallery view for meetings with multiple participants
Use the chat function for questions or links during presentations
Share only specific application windows instead of entire screen
As host: Regularly check participant list and audio status
Security and Privacy
Use meeting passwords for confidential meetings
Share meeting links only with authorized participants
Remove unwanted participants immediately from the meeting
End meetings completely instead of just leaving them
Use secure network connections, avoid public Wi-Fi
Efficiency and Productivity
Create recurring meeting templates with standard settings
Use the invitation info copy function for quick distribution
Set clear meeting times and stick to the 120-minute limit
Document important points in chat for later reference
Schedule short breaks for longer meetings (every 45-60 minutes)
Technical Optimization
Use Chrome or Edge for best compatibility
Update your browser regularly to the latest version
Optimize your internet connection: minimum 2 Mbps upload for video
Use external cameras for better video quality
Test all functions in a test meeting before important appointments
