Login via Welcome Email
Prerequisites: You have received a welcome email with your access credentials.
- Open Email and Follow Link
Open the welcome email and click the login link for Linkus Web Client. You will be automatically redirected to the login page. - Allow Browser Notifications
Click "Allow" in the popup dialog to enable notifications for incoming calls. - Accept Privacy Policy
- Check the box "I have read and agree to the above agreement"
- Click "Confirm"
- Change Password (First Login)
- Enter a secure password in the "New Password" field
- Confirm the password in the "Confirm New Password" field
- Click "Save"
Next Steps: Note down the domain from the address bar for future logins. Use your email address and new password for subsequent logins.
Manual Login
- Access Web Client URL
Navigate to your Linkus Web Client using the domain displayed in the address bar. - Enter Login Credentials
- Username: Your email address
- Password: Your user password
- Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled)
Enter the 6-digit authentication code:- From your authenticator app, or
- From the email sent to you
Password Reset
Important: Without a valid email address, you cannot reset your password.
- Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page
- Enter your extension number and email address
- Click "Send"
- Open the password reset email and follow the provided link
- Enter your new password twice and click "Save"

Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication
Security Note: Two-factor authentication significantly increases your account security and is highly recommended.
Using Authenticator App
- Go to your account → "Change Password & Security" → "Security Settings"
- Check the "Two-Factor Authentication" checkbox
- Enter your account password for confirmation
- Select "Authenticated by Authenticator"
- Scan the QR code with a supported app (Google Authenticator, FreeOTP, Twilio Authy, Microsoft Authenticator)
- Enter the 6-digit code from the app and click "Save"
Using Email
- Follow steps 1-3 from above
- Select "Authenticated by Email"
- Click "Send" to receive a code via email
- Enter the 6-digit code and click "Save"
🔧 Troubleshooting
Problem: Web Client won't load
- Check your internet connection
- Ensure you are using HTTPS
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try a different supported browser
- Temporarily disable browser extensions
Problem: Login fails
- Check username (email) and password for typos
- Verify domain entry
- For 2FA: Ensure your device time is correct
- Try resetting your password

Problem: Microphone/Camera not working
